Potato Cheese Soup

8 potatoes
4 cups water
4 cups milk
4 bouillon cubes
2 tbsp dried parsley

Cook together in the crockpot. One hour before serving add:

1/2 cup flour mixed with evaporated milk and
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
12 oz. velvet Cheese
